Winter Camp at JEI for JK to Grade 4

December 30, 31 & January 2, 3

Experience the thrill of winter in Australia at our Aussie Winter Escape! This four-day indoor camp is filled with engaging indoor lessons and fun activities that highlight the unique charm of winter Down Under.

Activities Include:

  • Indoor Snowball Challenge: Have a blast with a safe and exciting version of a snowball fight.

  • Wildlife Explorations: Discover the fascinating winter wildlife of Australia through interactive lessons.

  • Culinary Adventures: Whip up delicious Aussie treats like pavlova and ANZAC biscuits in our cooking sessions.
     

Camp Overview:​

  • A 4-day camp week of fun and dynamic learning experiences for JK to Grade 4 children.

  • Class sizes are kept within a 1:10 ratio to ensure active participation between our campers and teachers. 

  • JEI Teacher-led hands-on activities, including culinary lessons

  • Participants are to bring two nut-free snacks, lunch, a water bottle and indoor shoes daily.

March Break Camp is held at Elgin Mills Campus.

  • Prepare to wish upon a star and embark on an enchanting adventure! At All Things Disney Camp, you’ll travel the seven seas with Ariel, soar through the skies on a magic carpet with Aladdin, and explore Disney's most magical worlds. Dive into thrilling stories, take part in exciting activities, whip up delicious Disney-themed culinary creations, and discover the wonders of science with a magical twist!

  • A 5-day camp week of fun and dynamic learning experiences for JK to Grade 4 children.

  • Class sizes are kept within a 1:10 ratio to ensure active participation between our campers and teachers. 

  • JEI Teacher-led hands-on activities, including culinary lessons, making cookies, treats and edible projects.

  • Daily camp hours from 9:00-3:00pm, extended hours options available.
     

Daily schedule:

  • 9:00-9:45am Physical/movement activities 

  • 9:45-10:30am Teacher guided lesson and project (Science)

  • 10:30-10:45am Break

  • 10:45-12:00pm Teacher guided lesson and project (Cooking)

  • 12:00-1:00pm Lunch Break

  • 1:00-2:50pm Teacher guided lesson and project (Craft)
